AIA Job Cost Billing
The best way to meet AIA G702 and G703 billing format requirements, using data from your Sage 100 or Sage 100c ERP.
AIA Job Cost Billing provides Sage 100 ERP users in the construction industry with a complete, fully compliant solution for billing customers under the American Institute of Architects (AIA) billing format. The appropriate Accounts Receivable, Job Cost, and General Ledger information is updated to the standard Sage modules.
Pre-printed AIA forms are not required. AIA Job Billings can be printed on plain paper (using the included Crystal Reports forms) in version 2018 and later.
AIA Job Cost Billing is fully integrated with the Sage 100 Accounts Receivable, Job Cost, and General Ledger modules. The appropriate Accounts Receivable, Job Cost, and General Ledger information is updated into the standard Sage 100 files for those modules. Only the Job Cost module is modified.
AIA Job Cost Billing adds a new bill type “A” in the Job Masterfile Maintenance, which indicates an AIA billing.
You can establish linkages to Cost Codes and Cost Types that may contain costs on this job. Cost Codes may be linked by a range or by using “Wild Card” masking.
This report enables you to verify that all Cost Codes used on a job are linked to the AIA Job Setup, and that no Cost Code is linked more than once.
Jobs may be selected for billing by range or individually. The AIA Job Billing Selection will read any cost of posting from the Job Cost Files and accumulate these costs for billing calculations. The Percent Complete is calculated for each line and the remaining calculations are performed automatically.
AIA Job Billings may be maintained using AIA Job Billing Data Entry before printing and updating. AIA Job Billing Data Entry allows complete override capabilities for each G703 line.
The AIA job setup may be copied from job to job, saving data entry time. Also, a hidden feature allows for quick and easy conversion of prior AIA job billings.
NEW! Pre-printed AIA forms are not required. AIA Job Billings can be printed on plain paper (using the included Crystal Reports forms) in version 2018 and later.
You can establish the line items required in the detail section of the AIA bill (Form G703). This line item setup includes Description of Work, Scheduled Value and Retention Percentage for each line.
Comes with ODBC (Crystal Reports), Report Master, and Visual Integrator Data Dictionaries, providing full integration so you can generate reports with ease.
